Privacy

Collect only what the session needs.

ConnectIQ is designed for configurable anonymity, tenant isolation, data minimization and visible AI data flows. This draft does not replace a deployment-specific privacy notice.

Draft policy content for private technical evaluation. Professional legal review is required before external reliance.

Participant identity

Hosts choose anonymous, named, email or authenticated participation. Anonymous participants receive a scoped pseudonymous session identity for integrity and rate control.

Purpose and retention

Organization policy should state why session data is collected, how long it remains available and which exports or connectors receive it.

AI processing

AI is optional. Personal data is redacted where configured, providers are organization-controlled and material outputs require human approval.

Access and portability

Authorized administrators can export, correct, archive or deliberately delete governed records under the configured policy.

Security

The architecture uses transport encryption, tenant-scoped authorization, secure cookies, signed webhooks, audit events and managed secret systems in production.

Contact and review

The deployed organization must publish the responsible privacy contact, applicable jurisdiction and professionally reviewed notice before broader external use.
